Abstract:
To provide a power unit capable of contributing to simplifying the procedure to fit the electric motor for speed change use and the starter motor, shortening the motor wiring to facilitate wiring work and concentrating the mass. A power unit (20) in whose unit case (21) which is journaled in the front part a pivot shaft (19) and a belt-driven continuously variable transmission (50) is provided together with an internal combustion engine (30), wherein an electric motor (61) for transmission and a starter motor (120) together supported by the unit case (21) are arranged adjoining each other on the same side as the pivot shaft (19) in a side view, and the electric motor (61) for transmission is arranged in a position closer to the pivot shaft (19) than the starter motor (120).
