PURPOSE: To provide a small power unit of high reliability by restricting a switching surge such as a disconnector surge having a wide range high frequency component.
CONSTITUTION: Central conductors 2, 3 are insulated and supported with insulating spacers 5 in a ground tank 1, and a magnetic substance 20 made of amorphous and a magnetic substance 30 made of ferrite are fitted around the central conductors 3 in a power unit provided with a disconnector 10. Although the effect of restricting a switching surge in high frequency range is low in the magnetic substance 20, the saturation magnetic flux density of the substance is larger than that of ferrite, and although the saturated magnetic flux density of the magnetic substance 30 is small, the effect of restricting a switching surge in high frequency range is large in the magnetic substance 30, and the switching surge in the high frequency range can be restricted effectively while the required quantity of magnetic substance is limited to a small level by using these magnetic substances 20, 30.
