PURPOSE: To certainly and easily ensure safety by inputting the signals from an ignition key judgment means, a door lock judgment means, and a window opening and closing means to a control mechanism, operating an alarm means, and fully closing a window glass.

CONSTITUTION: A window motor 2 is connected to the window glass 51 of a door 50 through a glass lifting mechanism 52, and a window switch 3 is provided on the interior side. A control mechanism 11 provided with an ignition key judgment means 7, a door lock judgment means 8, a window opening/closing judgment means 9, and an information processing means 10 is connected to a driving circuit 4. A judgment signal (a) when an ignition switch 5 is off, a signal (b) when the door 50 is opened, and a signal (c) when the window glass 51 is opened, are inputted to the information processing means 10, respectively. The window motor 2 is electrified through the driving circuit 4 until the window glass 51 reaches full-close position.
