To provide a powered ratchet wrench capable of being engaged with a shaft-like member to be rotated from a direction perpendicular to its axial line and capable of automatically rotating the member to be rotated about the axial line.
A powered ratchet wrench 10 rotates a tie rod as a member to be rotated rotatable about a central axial line. The powered ratchet wrench includes: a wrench member 12 including a recess 88 as an engaging part engaged with the tie rod in an attachable/detachable manner so as to impart torque in one direction about the central axial line to the tie rod but not to impart torque in the reverse direction about the central axial line; a rotary power source 14; and a motion conversion mechanism 22 converting a rotational motion of the rotary power source to a reciprocating oscillation motion about an oscillating axial line 20 of the wrench member 12.
