Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene sheet for PTP which has a wide range of forming condition, small curl, and is excellent in transparency and moisture prevention which are necessary for the PTP packaging.
SOLUTION: In a PP sheet comprising three layers and of 0.15-0.45 mm in thickness, an outer layer consists of a single polymer of polypropylene, an intermediate layer consists of the single polymer of polypropylene and the resin composition of the petroleum resin, and the outer layer is 0.005-0.095 mm in thickness, and the crystallinity by the wide X-ray diffraction method is 2-30%.
