Abstract:
To appropriately improve a doctor's surgical technique.SOLUTION: A practice system comprises a human phantom having an internal organ model, an endoscope to be inserted into the human phantom, a position detection sensor for detecting a position of a tip of the endoscope inside the human phantom, a contact sensor for detecting pressure when the tip of the endoscope comes into contact with the internal organ model, a display part for displaying an endoscopic image and an endoscope position display image representing the position of the tip of the endoscope, a pseudo lesioned part disposed inside the human phantom and simulating a lesioned part, an extraction sensor for detecting extraction of the lesioned part, and a control device for determining a user's technique of treatment using the endoscope. The control device includes a sensor information acquisition part for acquiring sensor information from the position detection sensor, the contact sensor and the extraction sensor, a timer for generating time information relating to a treatment time, and a determination part for scoring the user's technique of treatment using the endoscope based on the sensor information acquired by the sensor information acquisition part and the time information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
