Abstract:
A precoated alumi num sheet for a fin of a heat exchanger' which excels in sheeti ng of condensed water while excelng in hydrophilicity over a long time, can sufficiently prevent the adherence of frost, and excels in frost removal properties' and a heat exchanger are provided. The heat exchanger comprises: a precoated aluminum sheet (1) having a substrate (2) composed of aluminum, and a hydrophilic-coating film (3) formed on at least one surface thereof; and a fi n composed of the precoated alumi num sheet (1). In the precoated alumi num sheet (1), a surface roughness Rz L of the hydrophilic-coating film (3) in a rolling-parallel direction X of the substrate (2) and a surface roughness Rz LT of the hydrophilic-coati ng film (3) in a rolling-perpendicular direction of the substrate (2) satisfy the relationships Rz L ¤ 1.5 ‰ˆm, 0.3 ‰ˆm ¤ Rz LT ¤ 2.5 ‰ˆm, and Rz L /Rz LT ¤ 0.9. A contact angle a of a water droplet (19) with respect to the hydrophilic-coating film (3) is 25é or less, and a sliding angle b of the water droplet (19) in the rolling-parallel direction X is 20é or less.
