Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more independently control the phase characteristic and the amplitude characteristic of a pre-compensating type linearizer.
SOLUTION: A pre-compensating type linearizer 111 has resonance circuits 105 and 106, which are based on a common gate FET structure 100, reduce effect on the phase characteristic of the peculiar static capacity of FET 10, reduce loss of the linearizer and connect the drain terminal and the source terminal. The negative phase deviation angle of the pre-compensating type linearizer 111 is decided by a gate inductor 101. Gate control voltage Vc is used for adjusting the amplitude characteristic of the pre-compensating type linearizer 111. The inductors 108 and 109 are connected between the drain terminal of FET 100 and ground and between the source terminal of FET 100 and ground, so that negative phase deviation is obtained with the increase in input power.
