To provide pre-foamed particles of a polypropylene-based resin and a foamed molded article of the polypropylene-based resin, which cause no unpleasant frictional noise (squeaking sound) of high frequency when friction occurs between the pre-foamed particles, between the foamed molded articles, or between the foamed molded article and another plastic product, metal product, and the like.

The pre-foamed particles of a polypropylene-based resin include a butene copolymer polyethylene wax. The pre-foamed particles of the polypropylene-based resin preferably include the butene copolymer polyethylene wax in an amount of 2-12 pts.wt based on 100 pts.wt of the polypropylene-based resin.
