To provide a pre-tension application device increasing the precision of tension applied to a PC steel and also having high safety.SOLUTION: There is provided a pre-tension application device for producing pre-stressed concrete where a tip guide frame 27 freely slidably provided with a steel supporting material 17 and a base part supporting frame 26 are fixedly fitted to a board 11, the tip guide frame 27 has a jack receiving part 42 and a PC steel supporting part 43, the jack receiving part 42 is arranged at a jack extrusion space 40 extrusion-sliding the jack receiving part 42 in a jack 20, and the PC steel supporting part 43 is arranged at a PC steel supporting space 41 extrusion-slid by the jack 20 and applying pre-tension to a PC steel 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
