In that case, the rising part 2 is formed in such a manner that the cross section is circular, and the base part 1 is provided with a height adjusting mechanism comprising a female screw member 12 provided in a throug hole 11 piercing the base part 1 in the vertical direction and a male screw member 13 which is screw-engaged with the female screw member 12 and is projected from the lower surface of the base part 1.
