To provide a half pipe strong and improved in durability by setting half pipe units with the inclined parts thereof being in contact to each other, forming a step having a handrail raised thereon on the upper ends of the inclined parts, and providing a ladder extending from the step surface to the ground surface.
A precast concrete half pipe is formed out of four half pipe units 1, whose support parts 3 having quarter cylindrical inclined parts 2 are placed on the ground surface and in contact to each other. A flat and horizontal step surface 4 is formed on the upper surface of the inclined parts 2, and a handrail 6 is raised thereon. Timbers may be laid on the step surface 4. It is preferred from the point of safety to affix a cushioning material 5 consisting of rubber to the angle part in the boundary between the inclined parts 2 and the step surface 4. A ladder is provided on the outer wall of the support part 3 to go up to and down from the step surface 4. According to this, a half pipe easy to move and remove and strong can be provided, and the durability can be improved.
