Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize uniformly high bonding strength on every position of a finishing face between a self-leveling material and a concrete.
SOLUTION: A precast concrete product has no interface between a concrete and a self-leveling material and is integrally formed. This product is prepd. by a method wherein a self-leveling material slurry is poured on the surface of uncured concrete fed in a form and then, the surface of the uncured concrete and the self-leveling material slurry are kneaded to make no interface between both material and to integrate them and in addition, the self-leveling material slurry is poured thereon.
