Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete wall which has a good appearance and is capable of following up an interlayer deformation due to earthquake or the like and its construction method.
SOLUTION: A precast concrete wall 1 is constructed between an upstair floor 2 and a downstair floor 3 by using a precast concrete wall slab 4 installed between them, a connecting bar 6 protruded from the top surface of the downstair floor 3 is inserted to an insertion hole 5 at the bottom surface of the precast concrete slab wall 4, a joint pin 9 protruded from an oblong hole 11 at the bottom surface of the upstair precast concrete floor 2 is inserted to an insertion hole 8 on the top face of the precfast concrete wall slab 4, and an elastic member 12 is wound around a portion fitted to the oblong hole 11 of the joint pin 9.
