Fasteners for fixing the support post 8 to the standing pole 4, and fixtures 13, 16 for mounting the lower sash bar 9 and the braces 10 are installed on the upper and lower ends of the support post 8, respectively. A hook which can be hooked and fixed to a support member 6 for the scaffolding board 7 is installed on the lower part of the support post 8 and above the fixture 16.
