Abstract:
To provide a precise shearing device capable of obtaining a work without depression in one process of the shearing.
A precise shearing device is provided with a die 1, a punch 2, and a counter punch 3 to receive a material W from the opposite side of the punch 2, and a projecting part 32 is provided on the counter punch 3 in the vicinity of at least a circumferential edge of a holding surface 31. The volume of a raised part of the projecting part 32 is increased at the position corresponding to a corner part of the holding surface 31. Depression is eliminated by feeding an excess metal to the part of depression when the projecting part 32 is bit.
