Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the constitution of precision casting equipment provided with a lock gate and to automatize the operating process.
CONSTITUTION: The precision casting equipment has a furnace chamber 2 provided with the lock gate having two sealing plates 18, 22, a melting furnace and a casting mold carrier 25 which can carry through the lock gate 14 to a casting position 34 in the casting chamber. The sealing plate 22 is mounted on a first truck 21 carriable on a rail 20 at the outside, and before the sealing plate 22, a first inside rail segment 23 is provided for a second truck 24 and on this truck, this casting mold carrier 25 is mounted. A horizontal driving device 27 is used to shift the second truck to the first truck, and a second rail segment 32 is disposed in the furnace chamber, and the casting mold carrier is shifted onto this rail segment from the first inside rail segment.
