Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of achieving both of accuracy improvement of precision finishing and miniaturization of a precision hole processing device.SOLUTION: A precision hole processing device 1a includes vibration generation means 13 for vibrating in the axial direction, a main spindle 6a supported so as to be able to be rotated or vibrated related to a main spindle head 9a, during precision finishing. The vibration generation means 13 is constituted so as to be driven by an electric motor 10 used in common for driving rotatively the main spindle 6a, and processing is carried out by a hole processing tool fixed to the tip part of the main spindle 6a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
