The voice synthesizing means 4 gives the alarm (for example, 'since the vibration is severe here, when the body is used more, there is a danger that a hard disk is damaged!') of the effect that there is the danger that the swinging of the present precision instrument main body 1 damages the precision instrument main body 1, to the user or the transporter by using the voice synthesizing technology.
