Abstract:

To solve such a problem that when horizontal holes or horizontal grooves exist along the way of a deep hole, both high accuracy of 1 μ roundness and 1 μ cylindricity for the deep hole can not be obtained by a conventionally proposed machining center, honing machine, bore finishing machine or the like even when the rotational speed and feed rate of a cutting tool are varied.

The machining device performs precision machining of the deep hole of 3.0 to 50 mm in diameter and 100 to 300 mm in depth which has a plurality of horizontal holes or horizontal grooves along the way by using the machining center, honing machine, bore finishing machine, or the like having a vibration exciter. In the precision machining device, a NC operation portion of the honing machine or the like can input, as machining conditions, selection factors to be selected according to a dimension between the horizontal holes or the horizontal grooves of the deep hole that has a plurality of horizontal holes or grooves.
