Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoat fin material that makes it possible to produce a heat exchanger that includes a fin with excellent hydrophilic persistence, allows the fin to be joined to an aluminum pipe without separate supply of solder material, and shows excellent bondability, and a heat exchanger prepared with the precoat fin material.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a precoat fin material 1 including a brazing sheet 11 and a coating 12 formed on the surface of the brazing sheet 11, and a heat exchanger having a fin composed of the precoat fin material 1. The brazing sheet 11 has a core material 111 composed of an aluminum alloy, and a solder material 112 put on the core material 11. The solder material 112 has chemical components of Si: 5-10 mass% with the balance being Al and inevitable impurities. In the coating 12, an Si content is 10-300 mg/m.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
