To obtain a precoat resin coating reflection plate with good processability and good odor nature at a low cost.
A primer is provided, if necessary, on a metallic plate having a chemical film. A coating material, which comprises 100 mass part of a base resin component consisting at least of an acrylic resin and a cross-linking agent, 70 to 150 mass part of titanium dioxide having 100 to 1000nm average grain size and a solvent mixture composed of a solvent with boiling point of <180°C and a solvent with boiling point of ≥180°C and <230°C by a ratio between 99/1 and 40/60, is applied thereon and is baked so that film thickness after baking and drying becomes 30 to 150μm and remaining amount of the solvent with boiling point of ≥180°C and <230°C in the applied and dried film is 2.0×10-2 mg/cm2 or below. Preferably the acrylic resin having ≤30°C glass transition temperature (Tg) and ≤10% residual monomer is used.
