PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated aluminum alloy plate, from which a lubricating film is hard to peel off even when the plate is subjected to high-temperature warm press molding, which is hard to be scratched, the lubricating film of which is easy to be removed, and which can be prevented from sticking when a plurality of which are stacked; and to provide a method for producing a press-molded product using the same.SOLUTION: Provided are a precoated aluminum alloy plate 1 comprising an aluminum alloy plate 2 and a lubricating film 3 which coats at least one surface 21 of the aluminum alloy plate and a method for producing a press-molded product by warm press-molding the precoated aluminum alloy plate. The lubricating film 3 is in direct contact with the aluminum alloy plate 2. The lubricating film 3 comprises a solid lubricant having a cleavage property, an acrylic resin, and wax in a predetermined ratio. An average particle size of the solid lubricant is 0.6 to 6 μm. A number average molecular weight of the acrylic resin is 5000 to 100000. The lubricating film 3 can be removed from the aluminum alloy plate 2 by contacting the same with an aqueous alkali solution of pH 8 or more.
