To provide a precoated metal sheet which is excellent in hurting prevention properties and slidability in relation to an object to be contacted by incorporating foamed beads and inner wax into a synthetic resin paint film.
In the precoated metal sheet, at least one side of a metal sheet is precoated with a synthetic resin paint film containing the foamed beads and the inner wax. As the foamed beads, beads of 70-250°C foaming temperatures are used, and the thickness of the synthetic resin paint film is 0.5-100 μm. The foamed beads are preferably heat-expandable micro-spheres. The synthetic resin paint film preferably contains resin beads. The content of the inner wax is preferably 0.05-20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of a synthetic resin solid content in the synthetic resin paint film.
