Abstract:

To provide a precoated metal sheet spreading as an electric device or the drive case of the electric device, excellent in the damage preventing properties of an optical disk and conductivity.

The precoated metal sheet includes the chemical forming films formed on both sides of a metal sheet and the coating film, which comprises adding resin beads selected from the group consisting of nylon resin beads, fluoroplastic resin heads and urethane resin beads and an Ni filler, to a base resin, provided on one of the chemical forming films and is characterized in that the dry coating film thickness of the coating film is 0.6-2.0 m, the ratio of the average particle size of the resin beads to the thickness of the coating film is 1.8-4.6 the ratio of the average particle size of the Ni filler to the thickness of the coating film is 1.1 or above and the ratio of the average particle size of the Ni filler to the thickness of the coating film is 1.2 or above. A conductive resin film or a heat dissipating conductive film may be further provided to the opposite surface of the metal sheet.
