PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a rugged pressure mark tending to produce when a steel sheet is coiled by providing a clear coating film having a specified glass transition temp. and a specified thickness on the surface which is not mist-coated.
CONSTITUTION: A clear coating film capable of absorbing and relieving the pressure exerted on the coating film on the mist-coated surface when the front and rear of the steel sheet are brought into contact with each other due to the pressure, is provided on the surface which is not mist-coated in the precoated steel sheet to be used for the domestic electric appliances, indoor utensils, etc. The epoxy, acrylic resin, etc., of solvent cutback type or the aq. emulsions of the acryl-styrene, acrylic, urethane resin, etc., are preferably used for the clear coating film.
