PURPOSE: To provide a precoated steel sheet for a weight shutter having an excellent property of coating films, wear resistance and workability.
CONSTITUTION: A galvanized steel sheet or zinc alloy plated steel sheet which is subjected to a chemical conversion treatment and has a sheet thickness of 1.2 to 2.3mm and a coating surface density of 90 to 300g/m2 is primer coated with a coating material having ≥20% elongation rate of the coating film of the following equation at 3 to 10μm and the surface of this primer coating is finish coated with a coating material which has ≥30% elongation rate of the coating film, hardness of H or above, a curving of 1 to 4T (T is the radius of curvature of the sheet thickness), a wear resistant rate of the characteristic that the coating film is not flawed in spite of rubbing of ≥100 times back and forth with load of 20kg at 9 to 30μm. The elongation rate of the coating film = t/(2r+t)×100 (t: the sheet thickness, r: the radius of a mandrel).
