Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precombustion treatment method which is effective in practically using a chlorine-contg. solid fuel produced from 4 wastes such as a domestic waste or sewage and provide a combustion method for a solid fuel and a combustion oven equipped with a precombustion treatment means.
SOLUTION: Chlorine contained in a combustible waste obtd. by crushing and sorting municipal waste or sewage is fixed by adding a chlorine fixing agent to the waste, thus giving a solid fuel 5. This treatment method is characterized in that in combusting the solid fuel 5, it is heated 250-400°C for a certain time to incompletely combust it to thereby vaporize and remove incompletely fixed insoluble chlorine contained in it.
