A predicting device into which a token string with a predetermined length is input, and which predicts a next token includes: control token applying means for setting the maximum length of the sequence data that is a number obtained by adding a control token to the maximum token number in the plural pieces of sequence data, and for applying the relevant control token to the sequence data for each sequence data; padding means for putting padding at the rear side that is shorter than the maximum length for each sequence data; and a sequence predicting model into which the token string with the predetermined length is input, and which predicts the next shifted token string for each sequence data into which the padding is put.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
