Abstract:
To provide a predictive decoding method, a device, and a computer storage medium, which can reduce the complexity of retrieval, improve the predictive decoding performance of a video image, and lower a bit rate.SOLUTION: A method includes: acquiring a reference sample adjacent to a block to be decoded to acquire a first adjacent reference sample set, the first adjacent reference sample set comprising reference samples of a reference row or a reference column adjacent to the block to be decoded; starting from the starting position of the reference row or the reference column to determine positions corresponding to K (K is a positive integer equal to or greater than 1) reference samples, and acquiring a second adjacent reference sample set including adjacent reference samples other than the K reference samples in the first adjacent reference sample set based on positions corresponding to determined K reference samples; and performing predictive decoding on the block to be decoded based on the second adjacent reference sample set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
