To shorten the term of works while facilitating transport by rotatably connecting a pair of frame bodies on both end sides of a pair of beam bodies through connecting sections.
When a wire is stretched over a frame body 24 on the left side of a subassembly 20, the frame body 24 is rotated and erected through connecting members 25 by a crane, the lower ends of the columns 23 of the frame body 24 and the left ends of long-sized beams 21 are abutted, and each through-hole is aligned. The lower ends of the columns 23 of the frame bodies 24 and the left ends of the long-sized beams 21 are fixed by bolts inserted into the through-holes and nuts screwed to the bolts. The frame body 24 on the right side is erected, and the lower ends of the columns 23 of the frame body 24 and the right ends of the long-sized beams 21 are fastened. Upper beams 30 are disposed among the columns 23 of the left-right frame bodies 24, fixed by plates, bolts and nuts, and a rectangular-parallelopiped box-body framework is formed. A required number of units consisting of the box-body frameworks are combined, and the house is constructed. Accordingly, since transport and assembly are facilitated, the term of works can be shortened.
