Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the prefabricated type connection part of a bridging polyethylene cable which excels in insulating performance by forming an oil film having a predetermined thickness in a boundary face between an insulating body and a stress cone and in a boundary face between the stress cone and an epoxy mold unit.
CONSTITUTION: An insulating sheet 14 comprises bridging polyethylene which makes one of specimens, and the thickness of the insulating sheet 14 is 1-5mm, and a high-voltage side electrode 11 and a low-voltage side electrode 12 of a thin-film form are formed in the upper surface of the sheet 14 to face in opposite to each other. A syringe 17 is provided upright in the sheet 14 so as to surround the electrodes 11, 12, and an insulating oil 8 which is the other specimen is contained in the syringe 17. The insulating oil 8 of a silicone oil or the like is interposed in a boundary face A between a stress cone 18 and an epoxy mold unit 14 and in a boundary face B between the stress cone 18 and an insulating body 14. The thickness of the oil film of an insulating oil in the boundary faces A, B of a prefabricated type connection part is not more than 0.2-5μm.
