To miniaturize the sterilization process of a bottle and to reduce production cost in an aseptic filling method for a PET bottle by supplying a preform in a receptacle manufacturer, by forming the preform into the bottle in a food processor and by performing aseptic filling by sterilizing the inside and outside surface of the bottle.
The preform 1 is manufactured in the receptacle manufacturer, a H2O2 solution 11 in which a hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution is diluted with a volatile solvent is dropped on the inside surface of its preform 1 and carried into the food processor by being put into a container 3 and sealed with a lid 4. The H2O2 solution 11 dropped on the preform 1 is vaporized in conjunction with the volatile solvent in the container during transportation and storage and the vapor 11a of vaporized H2O2 is made to sterilize the inside and outside surface in the preform 1. Since the bottle formed of the preform is extremely reduced in microbial contamination, the sterilization load of the PET bottle is decreased and the sterilization process is miniaturized and the production cost is reduced.
