PURPOSE: To efficiently wind by driving a pair of right and left winding jig pushers movable along a guide shaft parallel to an aerial line outward of rightward and leftward of a longitudinal direction of the aerial line.
CONSTITUTION: Winding center positions of four preformed rods 14 at a center of a longitudinal direction are previously retained by a clamper 36. Right and left winding jigs 1 are slid on an aerial line 13 to be approached to a clamp member 35, the rods 14 are aligned and disposed along cylindrical holders 5, 6 of the jigs 1 and retained. Then, when a handle of a driving mechanism 44 is rotated by a hand, right and left winding jig pushers 43 are moved toward outward of rightward and leftward of a longitudinal direction of an aerial line at the same speed with the member 35 as a center, and the jigs l elastically spirally wind the rods 14 on an outer periphery of the line 13. That is, the plurality of the rods can be simultaneously easily wound without requiring a large man-power.
