To provide food for cooking having as the main component animal protein, to be frozen or preserved by chilling, easy to cook in a short time without unevenness and excellent in flavor, palate feeling and hygiene.
The preheating cooking method for food comprises preheating grilled chicken as the food for cooking having as the main component animal protein by electrifying heating at a temperature range from protein denaturation temperature or more to below cooking temperature, and homogeneously denaturing the product including the internals. As a result of this, it is possible to gain palate feeling that the chilled chicken including the internals is wholly cooked, easily cook in a short time without unevenness and make the flavor and the palate feeling excellent, only by heating at least the outside part at cooking temperature or more at the time of cooking.
