Abstract:
To reduce occurrence of product failure in casting.SOLUTION: A preheating device includes a nozzle 5 for sending hot air from an ingate 3 of a die to a sprue insert 4. The nozzle 5 includes: a first ejection part 5b provided at a tip on the lower side in the extending direction of the nozzle 5 and ejecting hot air toward the lower side in the extending direction of the nozzle 5; and a second ejection part 5c provided on the side surface of the nozzle 5 and ejecting hot air toward the lower and lateral side in the extending direction of the nozzle 5. This configuration can inhibit aluminum pieces blown upward by the hot air ejected from the first ejection part 5b from reaching a portion above the ingate 3 by the hot air ejected from the second ejection part 5c, and thus can prevent scattering of the aluminum pieces in a cavity 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
