Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely adjust a position such as height of a burner 9.
SOLUTION: This preheating drying burner device 1 is constituted in such a way that the burner 9 faces a ladle A and is supported by a support column 2 in the vertical direction, an inner face of the ladle is preheated and dried by the burner 9, the burner 9 is provided on a support rod 3 in the lateral direction, and the support rod 3 is provided on the support column 2 movable to the left, right, forward, and backward. The support column 2 and the support rod 3 can be freely extended and contracted and can be fixed to arbitrary length. The support rod 3 can swing at required angle by plates 41, 42 and a pin 11 integrating both of them and can be fixed at the swing angle relative to the support column 2. Consequently, since the direction of combustion flame from the burner can be adjusted by adjusting height, length, and inclination of the burner due to vertical movement, extension and contraction, and inclination of the support rod 3, it is possible, by performing each adjustment of these, to select the optimum position of the burner for each mode such as size and shape of the ladle and perform the optimum preheating and drying.
