PURPOSE: To purpose a mixture which comprises polymer granules based on a polyaryl ether sulfone, a polyaryl ether ketone, etc., and a specified compound, can be incorporated with a large amount of a filler, and has improved processability.

CONSTITUTION: A premix for molding moldings and composite materials comprising (A) 40-99.95 wt.% polymer granules based on a polyaryl ether sulfone, polyaryl ether ketone, polyimide, polyamide imide, polyether imide, or a mixture thereof, (B) 50 wt.% or less, preferably 5-50 wt.%, fibrous and/or granular fillers, (C) 0.05-10 wt.% compound of formula I (A1-A7 are CO, O, S, etc.; k, l, m, n, p, q are 0, 1), 1-8 C alkyl derivative substituted with its aromatic nucleus, or a compound of formula II (R is l-8 C alkyl, 1-8 C alkoxy, cyano; A8-A11 are similar to A1 and A7; r, s, t are 0, 1) or its mixture.
