To provide a prepaid gas-supply control system convenient for both gas consumer and a gas supplyer.
This prepaid gas-supply control system enabling use of gas up to a set prepaid rate (gas usable amount) comprises a first determination means 2c determining whether a gas usage reaches the prepaid rate or not; a control means 2b controlling a cutoff valve 6 to close upon determining that the gas usage reaches the prepaid rate, and automatically restoring the cutoff valve 6 after the lapse of a predetermined time from closing of the cutoff valve 6; and a second determination means 2d determining, after automatic restoration, whether the gas usage reaches a predetermined gas usable extension amount or not. The determination means 2b controls the cutoff valve 6 to close again when the second determination means 2d determines that the gas usage reaches the predetermined gas usable extension amount.
