Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a wide variety of the titled derivatives, by reacting 1-O- alkyl-2-acryl-glycerophospholipid with an alcoholic OH-containing compound in the presence of a phospholipase DM.

CONSTITUTION: The phospholipid of formula I [A is group of formula II (R1 is 7W21C aliphatic hydrocarbon residue free from double bond at α, β-position; R2 is 1W5C aliphatic hydrocarbon residue); Z' is oxide anion or OH; B is -(CH2)2 N+(CH3)3, -(CH2)2NH2, etc.] is made to react with an alcoholic OH-ctontaining compound in the presence of a phosphlipase DM. The alcoholic OH-containing compound is (i) a primary alcohol having 6W26C aliphatic hydrocarbon residue, (ii) a secondary alcohol having 1W10C aliphatic hydrocarbon residue, or (iii) a sugar compound having pentose residue, etc.
