PURPOSE: To prepare an adhesive sheet rapidly, by laminating a release paper or film on an electron beam-curing resin film formed on a substrate and then irradiating the resin film with an electron beam, thus insuring screening of oxygen in a simple process.

CONSTITUTION: A liquid resin is applied on a roll coater 3 to the underside of a base sheet 2 delivered continuously from a roll 1 to form a resin film 4. The base sheet 2 is reversed by guide rolls 5, 6 so that it may run with the resin film 4 upside until it reaches nip roll 7, where release paper or release film 9 is laminated on the coated sheet with the release layer 10 abutting against the resin film 10 to form an integrated laminate 12 consisting of base sheet 2, resin film 4, release layer 10 and base 11 of release paper or film 9. The laminated sheet thus formed is then led to an electron beam irradiating unit 13 and is irradiated with an electron beam from the release paper or film side to polymerize and tackify the resin film 4 and produce the adhesive tape 14.
