Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a process for preparing α-amino acid amide with a few steps capable of improving the chemical yield of desired products while maintaining the chiral purity of the chemical structures used.
CONSTITUTION: In this method this α-amino acid amide free from Nα- aryloxycarbonyl groups characterized is prepared by reacting a compound containing a free amino group with an amino acid derivative containing Nα- aryloxycarbonyl group in a basic solvent.
