PURPOSE: To transfer faithfully the surface of a cavity of a mold by constituting the title method of a process wherein a synthetic resin is injected by the first level pressure, a process wherein the synthetic resin in the cavity is pressed onto the inner face of the mold and a process wherein the synthetic resin molded item is taken out of the cavity.

CONSTITUTION: A fluidized synthetic resin 30 is injected into a cavity 14 of a mold 10 from a part corresponding to the rear face 22 of a door handle 20 by the first level, pressure. The synthetic resin in the cavity is pressed onto the inner face of the mold 10 at the part corresponding to the front face 21 of the door handle 20. Then, the synthetic resin molded item is taken out of the cavity 14. In the method for preparing the door handle 20, when a gas pressure is applied, a hollow parts 23a and 24a with an L-, box-or U-shaped crosssection can be formed at an appropriate part such as an arm part 23 and 1 or 24. These hollow parts are formed when pressed by a gas pressure and contribute to weight-saving of the door handle 20.
