PURPOSE: To prepare a building panel with two color painted bricklike or tile patterns simply by only painting a surface of an inorg. substrate plate by a flow coater and a roll coater.

CONSTITUTION: To a surface of an inorg. substrate plate having brick or tilelike protrusions 1 and wood grainlike recesses 2 formed on a surface thereof, the primary painting applied by a flow coater 4 and, thereafter, the secondary painting is carried out on the primary paint coating 6 by a roll coater. Thereby, over all surface of the inorg. substrate plate 3, the primary paint coating 6 is formed by the flow coater 4 as well as the secondary paint coating 7 is formed only on the protrusions 1 by a roll coater 5. Thereby, only by painting the surface of the inorg. substrate plate 3 by the flow coater 4 and the roll coater 5, the two-color painting is simply utilized to be able to produce a building panel with brick or tile patterns as well, while because two layers comprising the primary paint coating 6 and the secondary paint coating 7 can be provided on the easily abrasive protrusions 1, the substrate plate 3 can be protected sufficiently.
