PURPOSE: To obtain a practical composite semipermeable membrane extremely excellent in chlorine resistance and heat resistance in addition to permselectivity and water permeability, by using a reactive substrate mixture consisting of triazine and a polyamine monomer.
CONSTITUTION: A reactive substrate mixture, which is based on an oligomer obtained by reacting triazine represented by formula (wherein R1, R2 and R3 are hydrogen or a 1W5C alkyl group) with a 2W25C polyamine monomer having two or more of primary and secondary amino groups in one molecule thereof and the unreacted polyamine monomer, is used. The ratio of the oligomer is 40wt% or more and the polyamine monomer is contained in an amount of 80W 120pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the ologomer. The average MW of the oligomer is pref. 800W20,000. The dense layer comprising the above mentioned components is formed onto a porous support and irradiated with radioactive rays to be enhanced in this crosslinking density.
