PURPOSE: To attempt to improve quality of a surface pattern and workability and to decrease manufacturing cost by using a laminating assembly-type mold consisting of a cover mold made of a thin solid resin sheet and a base mold made of a synthetic resin foam.
CONSTITUTION: A mold is a combination mold of a cover mold 1 made of a thin solid resin sheet having a molding pattern part 5 expressing a cover of an uneven surface pattern and a base mold 2 having a shape being brought into tight contact with the outer side face 1B of the cover mold 1 and consisting of a synthetic resin foam. The cover mold 1 and the base mold 2 are tightly piled and set and after the base mold 2 is wholly covered with the cover mold 1, cement is fed on the inner side face 1 A of the cover mold 1 and it is cured and then the base mold 2 and the cover mold 1 are successively removed to prepare a concrete walls. It is possible thereby to mold a fine and beautiful surface pattern, to improve manufacturing workability of the concrete wall with a surface pattern and to decrease manufacturing cost based on using the base mold for a plurality of times and improving release properties of the cover mold.
