Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a unit to be miniaturized and enable the high precision to be realized, by forming the thin sheet of soft magnetic substance in a cylindrical shape after a plurality of slits are formed on the thin sheet, and by inserting the sheet into a cylindrical unit of a diameter larger than that of the cylindrical sheet to be fixed together. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of slits 21 are formed on a rectangular thin sheet 20 of soft magnetic substance. The slits 21 are arranged in parallel with the sides 22, 22 confronting each other of the rectangular sheet. The thin sheet 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape so that the sides 23, 23 may come in contact together, and is inserted into a cylinder 30 of soft magnetic substance of diame ter larger than that of the cylindrical sheet 20 to be fixed together so that the central axes may correspond together. In this manner, a cylindrical stator unit is produced.
