Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a debug specification capable of performing exact debugging work efficiently.
CONSTITUTION: By extracting the terminal and the set conditions for measured circuit necessary during debugging from a measurement specification or a test program as a confirmed terminal or a confirmed condition (step 12 and 13) and extracting the change point of the confirmed terminal or confirmed condition (step 14 to 16), a debug specification is produced.
