PURPOSE: To enhance the abrasion resistance and design effect of a product, by using top coat based on an ionizing radiation curable resin showing a solid state at ambient temp. even in an uncured state and preforming a printing picture pattern layer having a specific property to said top coat.
CONSTITUTION: In preparing a decorative sheet to be used for the surface decorative material of a furniture or a wall surface, a picture pattern layer A due to printing ink containing a silicone resin or a fluorocarbon resin and a picture pattern layer B not containing said resin are formed to the surface of a base sheet. Next, when top coat based on a thermoplastic ionizing radiation curable resin showing a solid state at ambient temp. even in an uncured state is applied to the entire surfaces of said printing picture pattern layers A, B, the top coat layer corresponding to the printing picture pattern layer A showing liquid repellency to the top coat is formed in a recessed part. Thereafter, the paint layer is cured by the irradiation of ionizing radiation to obtain a decorative sheet having excellent surface physical properties.
