PURPOSE: To improve the breaking tenacity of the bag body and to prevent the finger penetration,by preparing a film under a specified condition by using a specified composition of a linear low-density polyethylene and a branched low-density polyethylene and by preparing a double-wall bag with the film thus obtained.
CONSTITUTION: A linear low-density polyethylene whose melt index and flow ration are 2g/10min and smaller then 35 respectively and a branched low-density polyethylene whose melt index and flow ratio are 1g/10min and smaller than 50 respectively are used. The compounding amt. are 98W75pts.wt. of the linear low-density polyethylene and 2W25pts.wt. of the branched low-density polyethylene. The film molding is carried out by using the above-described mixture and by means of an inflation molding or a T-die molding and so on at 150W250°C of the resin temp. and 10W40 of the drafting ration. Double-wall bags are prepared by using the film obtained as described above.
